1. Cancellation by the Participant
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

| 30–59 days before departure | 50% of total trip cost |
| 15–29 days before departure | 75% of total trip cost |
| Less than 15 days before departure | 100% of total trip cost (no refund) |
2. Cancellation by Noli Travels
In the unlikely event that Noli Travels cancels a trip due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure, participants will be offered either a full refund of all monies paid or the option to transfer to an alternative trip of equal value. Noli Travels will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as flights or visa fees.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- Booking deposits
- Visa and travel document fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Any third-party services booked separately
4. Transfers & Substitutions
You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to Noli Travels' approval and an administration fee of R500. The substitute participant must meet all trip requirements. Requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before departure.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing. Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
